After working as a graphic designer for 8 years in Tokyo, Yuta Miyazaki moved to Arita in Saga Prefecture, the cradle of porcelain manufacturing in Japan, to learn wheel-throwing pottery at the Arita College of Ceramics. Since then, he has been creating tableware for everyday use, incorporating his subtle and sophisticated design sensibility into his works.
